DIX uses a behavioral based safety program to monitor and proactively improve our safety performance.

DIX holds weekly safety meetings on-site for all employees. DIX holds quarterly safety meetings for all supervisors.

DIX Corporate Safety Director and Independent Consultants conduct periodic field safety inspection.

DIX has a written hazard communication program.

DIX conducts an Employee Orientation Program that defines employee responsibility.

DIX uses safety as criteria for rating our foremen during performance reviews.

DIX has a job specific Activity Hazard Analysis.
